1. Data Roles & White-Label Isolation

Systemic AI operates as a Data Processor for all organizational workflows. Your company remains the sole Data Controller of your client and end-user interactions.

• Tenant & Organization Credentials:We store account credentials, business names, authorized admin emails, and salted cryptographic hashes strictly for workspace access controls.
• Proprietary Knowledge Base Data:System instructions, custom workflows, API documentation, and business inventories uploaded to train your autonomous workforce remain completely isolated within your specific tenant ID.
• White-Label End-User Logs:Conversational logs and webhook payload indexes originating from integrated messaging channels are streamed strictly within your tenant workspace view.

2. White-Label Encryption & Infrastructure (BYOK Model)

Our white-label architecture supports Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) protocols to keep full infrastructure governance in your hands.

• Zero Plain-Text Credential Storage: Enterprise model keys (including Google Gemini, Meta Webhook tokens, and third-party API credentials) are encrypted at the application layer prior to database persistence.
• Isolated Execution Environment: API keys are decrypted exclusively in volatile memory during active live workflow loops and are never exposed to other tenant environments or public endpoints.

3. White-Label Integration Handlers & Processors

To operate your custom white-label agents, payloads interact with key enterprise infrastructure sub-processors:

• Enterprise Foundation Models: Inbound queries are securely transmitted to your configured LLM provider (e.g., Google AI Studio / Gemini API) via isolated, encrypted API calls governed by standard enterprise terms.
• Messaging & Webhook Gateways: External integrations (including WhatsApp Business API and custom webhooks) stream through encrypted communication channels under their respective service level agreements.

4. Data Governance, Purging & Termination

• Cryptographic Key Overwrites: Updating or rotating your API credentials immediately purges and overwrites previous cryptographic keys from active tenant memory and storage ledgers.
• Tenant Account Termination: Upon termination or written request, all associated white-label workspace data, custom knowledge bases, and log indexes are permanently deleted from Systemic AI databases within 30 days.
